Richard Klapholz is a global executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in general management, sales, marketing, and customer service. From 2014 to 2024, he served as CEO of Rivulis, guiding its transformation into a world leader in micro-irrigation. Under his leadership, Rivulis’ revenue more than tripled, and the company expanded to 3,000 employees, 35 countries, and 20 factories worldwide. Key milestone included: Orchestrating the 2020 sale of Rivulis by FIMI to Temasek (Singapore). Before Rivulis, Richard spent 16 years at Orbotech, a leading public electronics company (later acquired by KLA). As President of the PCB Division, he managed a highly profitable $400M business unit. Earlier, he held key roles at Scitex Corporation, gaining extensive experience in the graphic arts market. Richard is also the co-author of two books on Sales Management (2004) and Customer Support Management (2008), integrating Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodologies. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Gil, the CEO of Landa Digital Printing, has extensive experience in leading global hi-tech businesses, combined with strong leadership skills, deep technological knowledge, and a wealth of managerial expertise. Before joining Landa Digital Printing in 2021, Gil served as the President of Orbotech, a $1 billion hi-tech company. Gil held several senior managerial positions in Orbotech and during his tenure the company achieved many significant milestones, dominated its served markets, and was acquired by KLA for approximately $3.5 billion in 2019. Over the course of his career Gil has led multi-disciplinary business units and managed complex product development projects spanning numerous organizations such as R&D, business, sales, marketing, and customer service. Gil holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology and an MBA with a focus on Marketing and IT from Bar-Ilan University.

Eran has over 20 years of financial and managerial experience in high growth and complex, global, publicly traded organizations. He began his career as an accountant at BDO and then served for eight years as Finance Director and CFO at Vigilant Technology, where he led the company to a successful IPO in 2005. Eran’s most recent role was 11 years as CFO of the Telit group, a global leader in enabling the Internet of Things (IoT). Eran is a certified Public Accountant and holds an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Ben Gurion University where he graduated with distinction.

Nir joined Landa in 2010, with over 20 years of experience in product development, product management and product marketing and was the first employee of Landa Digital Printing. Nir built the company in it’s early days, led the development of LDP’s technology and products until 2017, and later serve at other roles in LDP management. Nir is responsible for LDP’s future produce-lines, strategy and Workflow.  He began his career in the graphic arts industry as R&D engineer for computer-to-plate systems at Creo (now Kodak). At Kodak he managed the development of an innovative plate making system for packaging, and he branched out from R&D to global product marketing of packaging products. Nir holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA from the Technion in Israel.

Roni joined Landa Digital Printing as VP Human Resources in 2021 bringing a wealth of experience. In her previous position Roni was the VP Human Resources during her 10 years at Orbotech, one of Israel’s leading high-tech companies where she was responsible for over 2,000 employees. Roni holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Ben Gurion University.

Ronen has extensive experience in the analog and digital printing industries, including over 20 years’ experience in product development and operations. During his employment with Kodak, Nur Macroprinters and HP, Ronen’s focus and achievements included the successful development of a variety of inkjet products and technologies. Prior to joining Landa, Ronen served as R&D Director at HP Scitex, responsible for the design and development of industrial digital presses and solutions, driving the creation of the product strategy and managing the company’s vintage chart. Ronen holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from Ben Gurion University.

Asaf brings 20 years of experience in the digital print industry at HP Indigo, where he held a variety of senior positions in R&D, Service, and Operations. He has a proven record of success in leading the development and implementation of complex programs and products. He has helped craft customer-facing experiences to drive success and transform organizations to meet business targets. Among his prominent roles, Asaf has served as HP Indigo System Manufacturing Director and Engineering Section Manager, where he led and implemented manufacturing and engineering processes for short and long term scalability and efficiency improvement within the business. Asaf holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University.

As Corporate VP and General Counsel, Dan is responsible for Landa's legal and IP matters. He has extensive experience in complex merger and acquisition transactions, franchising, international transactions, corporate structuring, employee incentive plans and corporate financing. He has participated in numerous venture capital funding transactions and serves as legal counsel for many start up companies. He is a founding partner of Lapidot, Melchior, Abramovich & Co., a boutique law firm specializing in the fields of high-tech companies, IP licensing, antitrust and environmental issues. Dan holds both LLB and LLM degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Yarden became part of Landa Digital Printing in 2018, bringing a strong background in managing product life cycles and playing a key role in the advancement of Landa Digital Printing product lines. Previously, Yarden was the Executive Vice President at Heret Packaging, a prominent packaging convertor in Israel, which focused on folding carton packaging tailored for personal care and healthcare products. During this time, he pioneered an all-digital packaging workflow, setting a new innovative industry standard. Yarden has a bachelor’s degree in business from the College of Management in Israel and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Nadav brings over twelve years of expertise in the print industry, specializing in both commercial and flexible packaging markets. Before joining Landa, Nadav advanced through significant leadership roles at Cargal Flexible Packaging– a prominent Israeli packaging and label converting company – finishing as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that Nadav was a senior consultant and project manager in a large management and consulting company. Nadav’s career is marked by his strong passion for the industry, coupled with his extensive technological knowledge and strategic insight. Nadav has an industrial engineering and management bachelor's degree and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Almog joined Landa Digital Printing in 2015 and was part of the pioneering R&D team responsible for the first S10 press. Almog advanced through several engineering and customer service roles in which he played a pivotal role in advancing product development to improve product performance and reliability.. Prior to LDP, Almog acquired significant experience as a Technical Support System Engineer in Vishy and Technical Operations Manager in Adama. Almog served six years in the Israeli Air Force as an NPI Engineer and Technical Department Manager, gaining invaluable experience and utilizing his skills in various military operations.
